Description:
Focus on growing large Strategic Accounts
Promote Strategic Account’s retention and loyalty
Implement specific account management activities to increase penetration and expansion in assigned Strategic Accounts
Streamline sales process facilitation; coordinate and create various phases/activities in the sales cycle including material and presentation preparation, proposal development, unusual invoicing issues, contract management and other key deliverables of the selling process.
Partner to provide customer service support to Strategic Accounts with the Rainmakers on the team
Make client calls to service existing accounts’ large regional locations or significant divisions
Be involved in Strategic Account strategy, development, and implementation
Gather information from sites to feed into account knowledge
Responsible for frequent client contact by phone and face-to-face as part of the selling team.
Demonstrate and apply knowledge of all DDI products and services
Support SSG or IMEX demos, presentations and implementations in Strategic Accounts
Build strong relationships with HR Manager/Training Manager/Directors of Training/OD Manager level as point-of-contact
Contribute to research projects concerning client companies and targeted industry segments
Provide support for marketing initiatives as needed, such as ensuring key contacts are in e-client, support to follow-up and building attendance activities
Support and coordinate Account specific marketing activities with NE Sales Coordinator and Marketing team
Manage database so that SAM’s and BDM understand where in the sales funnel accounts are and assist in advancing opportunities through the funnel.
Partner with BDM to streamline the sales process for the major accounts and activities (use of funnels, e-client reporting, dashboards, expenses etc)
Qualifications:
Strong client service orientation (internal and external)
Motivation for sales and customer service
Effective interpersonal skills; the ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of DDI products, processes, systems and organization.
Excellent financial and analytical skills
High level of initiative and energy, sense of urgency
Self-starter with strong resilience
Ability to prioritize and organize complex, multi-faceted activities
Strong writing and editing skills
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Position Requires:
Some travel within the northeastern part of the United States .
Based in the New York, NY office or Bridgeville, PA
