Description:
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000. This fast growing medical device manufacturing company is in need of a forward thinking Engineering Manager to help them continue their growth. A Degree is mandatory; 4 year MBA preferred. You must also have STRONG knowledge of Swiss CNC, and CNC machining, to be considered. You will be responsible for reviewing customer requirements, quoting, developing the method and process of manufacture for complex parts on Swiss CNC lathes, VMC's, and EDM's, and supervise the day-to-day activities of the engineering staff. Other responsibilities will include capital projects, R&D, implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Kan Ban, Sigma, Lean manufacturing techniques, and driving cost reduction programs. Experience with GMP, ISO 9001-9002, and FDA regulations is also required. Our client is offering an excellent wage and benefits package, an outstanding relocation package, and bonus.
